At Cobiscorp, we obtained this certification for the first time in 2008, and in December 2016, the Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), a leading international ISO certification firm, performed an annual follow-up audit on our Quality Management System. The audit reviewed our strategic business, operations and support processes that meets the quality standards set forth by our company.
We obtained a perfect score from the SGS as there were no observations by the auditors regarding our Quality Management System.
One of the factors responsible for the outstanding results we obtained during the audit was our consistent focus on process improvement. In 2016, we standardized all our processes by using collaborative tools that facilitate maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. This initiative was positively highlighted by the auditing firm.
